CITY COUNCIL MEETING February 9, 2011

ORDERED, that the Directors of the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer

Protection, Department of Revenue, and Commissioners of the Department of Transportation

and the Department of Construction and Permits of the City of Chicago, are hereby

authorized and directed to waive the sidewalk sale, itinerant merchant, food vendor,

street closing fees for all the participants in the Lincoln Square Chamber, Annual

Sidewalk Sale & Arts and Crafts Faire to be held June 16, 2011; July 21, 2011; and August

18, 2011 on Lincoln and Western Avenues from Lawrence to Sunnyside.
