CITY COUNCIL July 28, 2011

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-12-540 of the Municipal Code of

Chicago, the Commissioner of Water Management is hereby authorized and directed to cancel existing water and sewer assessments, notwithstanding other ordinances of the City of Chicago, assessed against Shearith Isreal Congregation, located at 2938 W. Arthur Avenue Chicago, Illinois 60645. (Account #440835-440835)

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and

after its passage.
