BE IT ORDAINDED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1: Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Rosenwald Courts Apartments, LP of 20 Sandstone Court, LeClaire, IA from requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise address: 4601-4611 South Michigan Avenue.
