SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 309091-1 Permit No. 1124117

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City Of Chicago:

SECTION 1. The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for Embassy Suites on October 5, 2016 and printed upon page 34187 of the Journal of the Proceedings of the City Council of the City of Chicago is hereby amended by deleting the words: "Authority herein given and granted for a period of five (5) years from and after March 29, 2009" and inserting in their place the words: "Authority herein given and granted for a period of ten (10) years from and after March 29, 2009".

SECTION 2. This ordinance amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
