RESOLUTION

 

 

WHEREAS, God in His infinite wisdom has called Frederick J. Hilbruner to his eternal reward; and

 

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman ofthe 13th Ward; and

 

WHEREAS, Frederick "Fred" J. Hilbruner, age 79, of Salem Wisconsin formerly of Chicago. Beloved husband of Jean S.; loving father of Douglas (Susan) Craig and Anna Hull; cherished grandfather of Ericka (Brandon) Canilao and great grandfather of Logan and Lucas Canilao; dear brother of Robert Hilbruner, the late Frances Solski (the late Miroslav), the late Virginia Hilbruner and the late Gerry (Diana) Hilbruner; fond uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend of many; and

 

WHERAS, Fred was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War serving in the 18th Infantry Division (The Big Red One); and

 

WHERAS, Frederick J. Hilbruner leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore,

 

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this nineteenth day of February, 2020, hereby express our sorrow on the death of Frederick J. Hilbruner and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy.

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy be presented to the family of Frederick J. Hilbruner. /^~\
