BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of the Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

5216 Lincoln LLC from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities at 2501 - 05 W. Farragut Ave./5216 - 24 N. Lincoln Ave.
