ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone in the     8300     block of     South Blackstone Avenue        on the west side of the street. 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m Monday thru Friday.
