CHICAGO, JUNE 8, 2011

To the President and Members of the City Council:

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred (January 13, February 9, March 9, April 13, and May 4, 2011) proposed ordinances to establish and amend parking restrictions on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance submitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the committee present, with no dissenting votes.

AMEND PARKING PROHIBITED DURING SPECIFIED HOURS:

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.

Repeal ordinance passed April 16, 1952, page 2241 which reads: N. Western Avenue (both sides) from a point 200 feet north of W. North Avenue and to a point 200 feet south of W. North Avenue, 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M., Except Saturday, Sunday and holidays -- 11-00141103 - O2011-336 (1^st Ward);

SECTION 2.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
