BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1: Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is herby authorized and directed to exempt Sheridan Grande South Association requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise address: 4848 N. Sheridan.
