Resolution Congratulating Jerry Connolly on Retirement

WHEREAS, in 2017 Jerry Connolly retired after twenty-eight years of dedicated service to City of Chicago Department of Streets and Sanitation; and

WHEREAS, The Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman of the 13th Ward, has apprised this august body of this occasion; and

WHEREAS, Jerry was a dedicated and hardworking Motor Truck Driver for the Department of Forestry; and

BE IT RESOLVED, that we, the Mayor of the City of Chicago and members of the City Council, gathered on this eleventh day of October, 2017, extend our sincerest thanks to Jerry Connolly for his many years of service to the City of Chicago; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a suitable copy of this resolution be prepared and presented to Jerry Connolly. /~\
