BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council on July 24, 2013, establishing residential permit parking zones in designated areas, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom, the following [page 58072 of the Journal of Proceedings]:

"North Merrimac Avenue        2300 - 2355, Residential Permit Parking Zone

1740, at all times."

And inserting in lieu thereof

"North Merrimac Avenue        2315 - 2353 on the east side of the street and

2316 - 2350 on the west side of the street, Residential Permit Parking Zone 1740, at all times."

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
