COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT CHICAGO Acct. No. 310196-1 Permit No. 1108943

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT CHICAGO, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, fifty-seven (57) Decorative Ornament(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 165 E. Ontario St Existing decorative spires ornaments are attached to the building.
Said Decorative Ornament(s) at E. Ontario Street measure(s):
Twenty (20) at three (3) feet in length, and point five (.5) feet in width for a total of thirty (30) square feet. Existing decorative spires are approximately one hundred twenty (120) to two hundred fifty (250) feet above grade level.
Said Decorative Ornament(s) at N. St Clair Street measure(s):
Eighteen (18) at three (3) feet in length, and point five (.5) feet in width for a total of twenty-seven (27) square feet. Existing decorative spires are approximately one hundred twenty (120) feet to two hundred fifty (250) feet above grade level.
Said Decorative Ornament(s) at Public Alley measure(s):
Nineteen (19) at three (3) feet in length, and point five (.5) feet in width for a total of twenty-eight point five (28.5) square feet. Existing decorative spires are approximately one hundred twenty (120) to two hundred fifty (250) feet above grade level.

The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
