BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for MONROE/WABASH DEVELOPMENT, LLC on 06/06/2012, and printed upon page 28736 ofthe Journal of Proceedings ofthe City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "MONROE/WABASH DEVELOPMENT, LLC" and inserting in their place the words "THE LEGACY AT MILLENNIUM PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
