ORDINANCE

WHEREAS, On November 18, 2015, the City Council passed an ordinance (City Clerk Tracking Number 02015-7896) authorizing the execution of a Redevelopment Agreement and associated provisions for Nelson Mandela Apartments, L.P. (the "Ordinance"); and

WHEREAS, Exhibit C of the Redevelopment Agreement authorized by the Ordinance contained an erroneous "TOTAL" dollar figure; and

WHEREAS, It is necessary and appropriate to correct this error; now, therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Page 13215 ofthe Journal of Proceedings of November 18, 2015, at line 11, is hereby corrected by replacing the "TOTAL" dollar amount of $29,192,989 with the dollar amount of $20,192,989.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication and shall be deemed to apply retroactively to the effective date of the Ordinance.
