SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BYTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the B3-2, Community Shopping District; C1-2, Neighborhood Commercial District; RT-4, Rosidontial Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District, and RS-3, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 6-F and Map No. 8-F in the area bound by:
South Parnell Avenue, the alley next north of and parallel to West 31st Street; a line 187.24 feet-west east of and parallel to South Canal Street; West 31st Street; a lino 40.6 foot wost of and parallel to South Canal Street; the alley next south of and parallel to West 31st Street; the alley next east of and parallel to South Parnell Avenue; and a line 125 feet south of and parallel to West 31st Street,
to those of an B1-1, Neighborhood Shopping District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
