SECTION 1 That the City Zoning Ordinance by amended by changing all the RS 3 Residential Single-unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 11-G in area bound by

A LINE 140 FEET SOUTH OF AND PARALLEL TO WEST LELAND AVENUE; NORTH MAGNOLIA AVENUE; A LINE 190 FEET SOUTH OF AND PARALLEL TO WEST LELAND AVENUE; AND, THE PUBLIC ALLEY NEXT WEST OF NORTH MAGNOLIA AVENUE.

To those of an RT 4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District, and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.
