BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OFTHI CI Y OF CHICAGO;

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11.12-540 of the Mur icipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of the Department of Water Management is h :reb' authorized and directed to cancel all assessments as of the effective date of Ms ordinance, nott athstsoiding other ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary, assessed against St. Fran ris if Assisi (formerly Our Lady of the Angels) Church/Rectory, 914 N. Hamlin, Chicago, IL >0651, PIN 16-02.328-040, Account No. 441977.
