AUTHORIZATION FOR EXEMPTION OF JIMMY'S AUTO CARE FROM PHYSICAL BARRIER REQUIREMENT PERTAINING TO ALLEY ACCESSIBILITY FOR PARKING FACILITIES AT 6116 NORTH ELSTON AVENUE

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Jimmy's Auto Care from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 6116 North Elston Avenue.
