BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1. Pursuant to Section 3-12-050 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Dwight Lewis is hereby entitled to a Fifty Dollar ($50.00) Senior Citizen Sewer Charge Refund for the premises located at 1812 S. Federal Ct., Unit 15 for the year 2013.
