Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 080 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to establish a prohibition for the parking of vehicles at the designated location as indicated below:

Repeal ordinance passed 11 / 29 / 89 page # 8294 which reads, W. Barry Av. At 656 Handicapped Loading Zone by striking the above,

Also add, W. Barry Av., north side, FAP 505 feet west of N. Broadway, TAP 40 feet west thereof, No Parking Disabled Loading Zone, Tow Zone All Days All Times.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
