RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Charlene Ann Moralis has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God at the age of 69 to her eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman ofthe 11th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Charlene Ann Moralis; beloved wife of 51 years to Jesse Moralis Jr. (CFD); loving mother of Cherie Ann (Ronald) Kaczmarek, Linda Charlene (Joseph) Vidmar, Jennifer Marie (Michael, CFD) Tagler, and Alicia Margaret (Roberto) Alcantar; cherished Nana of Caitlin, Jimmy, Rachel, Haley, Joey, Lindsey, Layla, and Franki; dearest sister of Lisa (Marilyn) Schuld, Kathy (Fran) Schuld, Carol (John) Clark, and Joseph (Sheryl) Schuld; cherished sister-in-law to the late Laura (Roger) Smith, Richard Moralis, the late Sylvia (Norman) Casarez, Cindy (late Frank) Morfin, the late Daniel Moralis, Bernie Moralis and Lupe (Ed) Phillips; also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews, and her faithful canine companion, Teddy. Charlene was preceded in death by her parents Donald and Margaret Schuld (nee Dwyer), and her siblings, the late Lilian Degrado, late Donald Schuld, and the late David (Denise) Schuld; and
WHEREAS, Charlene, a devote Catholic, was a longtime parishioner of St. Gabriel Parish. She first and foremost adored her husband and treasured each moment with her four daughters. She especially loved her role as Nana. Charlene's smile would light up every room and she had a knack for making everyone feel special. Charlene loved spending time on the road with the love of her life, Jesse, and her dog, Teddy. You would never know, this fashionista, is an avid "glamper", expert fisherman, & bird watcher. On any given day, you could find her in the "Charla-Camper." Charlene was a loving wife, mother, nana, sister, aunt, and friend, who will be deeply missed and never forgotten; and
WHEREAS, Her love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Charle...
