ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all ofthe B1-1, Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 14-M in the area bound by:

a line 223.71 feet north of and parallel to West 69^th Street; South Pulaski Road; a line 148.71 feet north of and parallel to West 69^th Street; and the alley next west of and parallel to South Pulaski Road,

to those of a RS-2, Residential Single Unit (Detached House) District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
