ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO.

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance is amended by changing all of the DX-3, Downtown Mixed-Use District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 112-B in the area bound by:

a line 389.25 feet north of and parallel to East Cullerton Street; South Calumet Avenue; East Cullerton Street; and, the alley next west of and parallel to South Calumet Avenue

to those of a DR-3, Downtown Residential District.
