BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant of Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 5173 South Archer Avenue (Raul Rivera and Mima Rivera) from previsions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit Alley Ingress and Egress to the parking facility for 5173 South Archer Avenue, Chicago,

Illinois.
