BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for NORTHWESTERN MEMORIAL HOSPITAL on 01/18/2012, and printed upon page 19377 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"the sum of zero ($.00) per annum in advance"

and inserting in their place the words

"the sum of one thousand ($1,000.00) per annum in advance"

Section 2:

 

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
