THE ART INSTITUTE OF CHICAGO Acct. No. 85751 - 6 Permit No. 1120741

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to THE ART INSTITUTE OF CHICAGO, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, two (2) Vault(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 37 S. Wabash Ave
Said Vault(s) at S. Wabash Avenue measure(s):
One (1) at seventy-six point six seven (76.67) feet in length, and fifteen point five eight (15.58) feet in width for a total of one thousand one hundred ninety-four point five two (1194.52) square feet. Existing vault space is used for building mechanical systems, storage and commonwealth Edison vault.
Said Vault(s) at E. Monroe Street measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred eighty point nine two (180.92) feet in length, and nine pointzero eight (9.08) feet in width for a total of one thousand six hundred forty-two point seven five (1642.75) square feet. Existing vault space is used for building mechanical systems, storage and commonwealth vault.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Q.onsumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.

Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1120741 herein granted the sum of nine thousand three hundred six ($9,306.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
