BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO
SECTION 1. Pursuant to a Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, The Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt S&J Wentworth LLC at 2916 South Wentworth Avenue from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress to parking facilities for the premise address.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and take effect from and after its passage and publication.
