ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 295190 -1 Permit No. 1094400

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago, for 401 E ONTARIO CONDO ASSOCIATION on 02/09/2011, and printed upon page 112395 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"eight (8) Decorative Fence(s) on the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 401 E. Ontario St

the sum of three thousand ($3,000.00) per annum in advance."

and inserting in their place the words

"eight (8) Decorative fence(s) on the public right-of-way for beautification purposes adjacent to its premises known as 401 E. Ontario Street.

The sum of zero ($0) dollars."

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
