Designation of Residential Permit Parking Zone Committee on Traffic Control & Safety

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 090 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, portions of the below named streets are hereby designated as residential permit parking zones, for the following locations:

Location:      South Stewart Street, 2200 to 2300 South (that part of South

Stewart Street that lies south of Cermak Road and north of Archer Avenue)

Hours:      24 hours a day, 7 days week

Zone number:       New zone to be assigned by the City Clerk's office in

cooperation with CDOT

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
