ORDINANCE

1760 West Lunt Avenue

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code ofChicago, the Director of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt National Auto Group, Inc, 6251 N. California Ave., Chicago, IL 60645, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 1760 West Lunt Avenue.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
