BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION: Pursuant of Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Co le of Chicago, Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized md direc ed to exempt Chicago Family Health Center at 556 E. 115* Street, from the provision;. r^uiring barriers as prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and^ or egress to parking fj cilities for 556 E. 115* Street.

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in fcrce from and after its passage and publication.
