SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

3352 N Ashland Ave LLC, of 3352 N. Ashland Ave, Chicago, IL 60657, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities at 3352 N. Ashland Avenue.
