ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 334172 - 4 Permit No. 1107051

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for MACERICH MANAGEMENT COMPANY on 09/11/2013, and printed upon page 60035 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"Date of Passage"

and inserting in their place the words "April 8, 2013."

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
