BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 and 10-20-435 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and exempt South Loop Auto Sales Inc. 2711 S. State St., Chicago, IL 60618, from the provisions to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 2711 S. State St., Chicago, IL 60618, to allow the access to said to said parking facilities which are in excess of 6 spaces.

SECTION 2. This ordnance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
