CITY COUNCIL MEETING October 31, 2012

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

Section 1:     Pursuant to action 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Hernandez Tire Shop Warehouse from requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress for 4401 W. Cermak Road.

Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after it's passage and publication.
