BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

 

 

 

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for FORMENTO'S NONNA'S on 03/28/2018, and printed upon page 74094 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "said area #1 shall be twenty-two point five eight (22.58) feet in length and six point six seven (6.67) feet in width, area #2 shall be sixty point five eight (60.58) feet in length and nine point nine two (9.92) feet in width for a total of seven hundred fifty-one point five six (751.56) square feet; Monday through Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight; Compensation: $826.72; Seating Capacity: 52" and inserting in their place the words "area #1 shall be nineteen point three three (19.33) feet in length and seven point nine two (7.92) feet in width and area #2 shall be seventy-five point six seven (75.67) feet in length and ten point two five (10.25) feet in width for a total of nine hundred twenty eight point seven one (928.71) square feet; Monday through Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.; Seating Capacity 68; Compensation: $1,021.58"
