ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 090, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, portions ofthe below named streets are hereby designated as residential parking zone, for the following locations:

That the ordinances heretofore passed by the City Council establishing 2 hour parking (Public Benefit) in the 25^th Ward in the following location:

•  2300 South Hoyne (Poles are installed on 23^rd Street)

Are hereby amended, and this Ordinance establishes that within the aforementioned location, 2 hour parking (Public Benefit), shall be installed at the following location:

•  2300 South Leavitt (Poles should be installed on 23^ra Street)

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and-take effect upon passage and publication.
