(WATER/SEWER RATES) CANCEL ASSESSMENTS

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-12-540 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Water Management is hereby authorized and directed to cancel existing assessments, notwithstanding other ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary, assessed against Queen of All Saints Church/School/Covenant:

(Account Number 882034-631310) 6280 North Sauganash Avenue; (Account Number 441119) 6229 North Keene Avenue; and (Account Number 441123) 6218 North Lemont Avenue.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
