SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

3312 Lincoln LLC, of 1607 W. Waveland Chicago, IL 60613, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities at 3310 N. Lincoln Avenue.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
