WHEREAS, Frank Casale, Sr. has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of

God to his eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by , the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, Frank Casale, Sr.; Beloved husband of Lori nee Havlicek; loving father of Frank and Rob (Rose); cherished grandfather of Giovanna, Dominic and Alexandra; and

WHEREAS, Frank Casale, Sr.; Devoted son of the late Angelo and Katherine Casale; dear brother of Josephine (Ray) Healy, Thomas (Joanne), Mary (Gar) Eveland, late Lawrence (late Josephine), late Marge (late Andy) Stachon and the late Joseph; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews; and

WHEREAS, His love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Frank Casale, Sr. to his family members, friends and all who knew him, and enabled him to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the City Council of the City of Chicago gathered here this twentieth day of September 2018, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Frank Casale, Sr. and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Frank Casale, Sr.
