BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council on September 11, 2013 and October 16, 2013, establishing parking prohibition at all times, except for disabled, in designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the following [page 59846 (9.11.13) and 61828 (10.16.13) ofthe Journal of Proceedings]:

"South Beverly Avenue      at No. 10734; Gwendolyn M. Marshall; Permit

Number 90452; Override

(DISABLED PARKING)."

and inserting in lieu thereof

"South Beverly Avenue      at No. 10734; Gwendolyn M. Marshall; Permit

Number 90452; Override; Install signs in front of entrance on West 107^th Place

(DISABLED PARKING)."

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and

publication.
