WHEREAS. Marianne James (nee Hermle) Beloved mother of Bill (Carol), Mike "Moose"
(Sherry) James, Joanne "Chickie" (JackyShaughncssy and the late Mary (Steve) Tselcpatiotis.
Dear Grandmother of Megan, Jason, Cailin (Adam) Foley, Erin and Mary Kate James, Mike and
Carl Clifford, Patrick, Mark and Will Mclnerney, and.Joe Shaughncssy. Fond Great Grandmother
of Justin, Olivia, Nora, Craig, Ellie, Rowan, Connor and Maddic. Devoted daughter of the late.
Julius and Margaret (nee Hughes); dearest sister of the late John "Jack", Joanne, Helen, George
"Dutch", Margaret, Ray "Rump", Jim, Don "Muscles". Dear sister-in-law of Bob (the late
Shirley) James; Annie Oakcs, the late Jesse (Darlcne), Charlie (the late Rose) James, Wanda (the
late John) Modzelcwski. Nina Irwin, Edna O'Nei'l, and Linda (Butch) Regan; fond aunt to many

WHEREAS, Marianne was a lifetime Canary\'ille resident, and a retired Local 1092 District Clerk for the City of Chicago Department of Water Management: and
WHEREAS. Her love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Marianne to her family
members, friends and all who knew her, and enabled her to enrich their lives in ways they will

BE IT RESOLVED, Tliat we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago gathered here this seventeenth of November 2021, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Marianne James and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy; arid
