RESOLUTION
WHEREAS^ Susan K. Levato has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God at the age of 66 to her eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Councilhas been informed of her passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman ofthe 11th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Susart K. Levato; ncc Mazarka; beloved wife of John; loving daughter of the late Chester and the late Sherold Mazarka; cherished sister of Vicki (Angie Montalto) Mazarka, Sandy (Glenn) Baytala and the late Rick Mazarka; dear sister-in-law to. the Carmen (Peggy), Santo (Betty), Joseph: "Jimbo" (Joyce), Gina, Ralph Jr. (Peggy) and Phil., aunt and great-Taunt of many.); and
WHEREAS, Her love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Susan to her family members, friends and all who knew her, and enabled her to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the City Council ofthe City of Chicago gathered here this twenty first of July 2021, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Susan K. Levato and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Susan K. Levato.
