ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Renew Automotive, Inc., d/b/a Renew Muffler and Brakes, 5712-5714 N. Western Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60659 from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise address.
