Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance submitted to the City Council prohibiting the parking of vehicles at all times, except for the disabled, in designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the following:

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon its passage and publication.
