I hereby call a special meeting ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago, to be convened at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, March 28, 2022, in the City Council Chamber in City Hall, for the sole purposes of considering and voting on:
a report from the City Council Committee on Committees and Rules regarding appointment ofthe 11th Ward Alderman;
a Resolution amending the Resolution creating committee assignments for the 2019-2023 term; and
a report from the City Council Committee on Finance recommending a proposed ordinance regarding Chapter 3-52 ofthe Municipal Code.
