DECLARATION OF APRIL 6. 2019 AS

TRUE FAMILY VALUES APPRECIATION DAY'

WHEREAS, Our great City of Chicago and our great nation have from their beginnings promoted the cause of true family values for all peoples; and

WHEREAS, The sanctity of the American family has always been at the center of our democratic culture; and

WHEREAS, The Family Federation for World Peace and Unification And the Universal Peace Federation, USA which were founded by the Rev. Sun Myung Moon and Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon, is holding a blessing ceremony for 5000 couples to be held on Saturday, April 6, 2019, and

WHEREAS, the Founder will be delivering the keynote address:

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago, gathered here this tenth day of April 2019 C.E., do hereby proclaim April 6, 2019 as "True Family Values Appreciation Day" in Chicago; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a suitable copy of this resolution be prepared and presented to The True Family Values Ministry.
