CHICAGO 2300 CLARK PARTNERS, LLC Acct. No. 396165 -1 Permit No. 1116883

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to CHICAGO 2300 CLARK PARTNERS, LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, eleven (11) Bay Window(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 2300-08 N. Clark St
Said Bay Window(s) at 2300 N Clark St measure(s):
One (1) at ten point five (10.5) feet in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of twenty-one (21) square feet. Said Bay Window(s) at 2302-2308 N. Clark St. measure(s):
Three (3) at ten point five (10.5) feet in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of sixty-three (63) square feet. Said Bay Window(s) at 410 W Belden measure(s):
Two (2) at ten point five (10.5) feet in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of forty-two (42) square feet. Said Bay Window(s) at 418 W Belden measure(s):
Two (2) at six (6) feet in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of twenty-four (24) square feet. Said Bay Window(s) at 424 W Belden measure(s):
Two. (2) at ten point five (10.5) feet in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of forty-two (42) square feet. Said Bay Window(s) at Belden Alley measure(s):
One (1) at seventeen point five (17.5) feet in length, and two point one seven (2.17) feet in width for a total of thirty-seven point nine eight (37.98) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code o...
