RESOLUTION

 

WHEREAS, William S. Nawrocki has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God at the age of 68 to his eternal reward; and

 

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11th Ward; and

 

WHEREAS, William (Bill) S. Nawrocki, loving husband of Karen, nee Donohue; cherished father of Katherine "Kate" Nawrocki; dearest brother of Janet Nawrocki and brother-in-law of Richard J. "Jeff" (Shirley) and Kevin (Kim) Donohue; fond uncle of 3; and

 

WHEREAS, Bill was a graduate of DePaul University where he earned his Bachelor's Degree and earned a Master's Degree at Governor's State University; He was the founder of an International Stock Photography Agency for over 25 years; Bill was a photographer, avid traveler and contributed many numismatic articles to various publications; Bill was devoted to his family and very proud of his daughter and all of her accomplishments; and

 

WHEREAS, His love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Bill to his family members, friends and all who knew him, and enabled him to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore

 

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago gathered here this fifthteeth of January 2020, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of William S. Nawrocki and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy; and

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy ofthis resolution be presented to the family of William S. Nawrocki.
