TO ALL PROPERTY OWNERS, INGRESS AND EGRESS TO PUBLIC ALLEYS FROM PRIVATE PROPERTY IS PROHIBITED, UNLESS EXEMPTED BY ORDINANCE FROM THE ALDERMAN OF YOUR WARD.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO;

Section 1. Sections 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Classic Auto Center, Inc. of 10447 S. Torrence Avenue from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities from premise address.

Section 2     This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and

publication.
